Getting Started
Download the app, sign in, and complete the interactive onboarding tutorial. You'll be fully set up in under 2 minutes.

Download & Open
Download My Tips Pro free from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the app and tap Sign In. You can use your email, Apple ID, or Google account. Your data is securely synced to the cloud — you'll never lose an entry even if you switch phones.

Interactive Onboarding Tutorial
The first time you open the app after signing in, an interactive tutorial automatically launches. A semi-transparent overlay highlights each section of the dashboard one at a time with a tooltip card explaining what it does. Tap Next to advance through all 6 steps, or Skip if you want to explore on your own.

Logging Tips
The fastest way to record what you earn. Manual entry takes under 5 seconds. Voice entry takes 2 seconds.

Quick Log Buttons
The Home screen has four Quick Log buttons at the top: Cash Tip, Card Tip, Other Income, and Note. Tap the one that matches how you were paid. A sheet slides up where you enter the amount, business name, and any notes. Tap Save and you're done. You can also tap 📷 Screenshot to snap or upload a photo of a receipt, pay stub, or gig app screen — the AI reads it and fills in the details automatically.
💡 Business logos auto-loadType the business name and the app fetches the real logo automatically from 500+ pre-mapped chains — Casino Arrowhead, Wild River Casino, Desert Jewel Casino, and thousands more.

Recent Entries with Business Logos
Every tip you log appears instantly in the Recent Entries list on the Home screen. Each row shows the real business logo, the business name, time logged, payment type, and amount. Tap any entry to edit or delete it. Swipe left to delete quickly.
💡 Logo not showing?The app tries 4 different logo sources automatically. If none work, it shows a colored circle with the business initials instead.

Calendar Dashboard
See your entire month at a glance. Every day shows your earnings with color intensity — the darker the green, the better the shift.

Monthly Calendar View
Tap the Calendar tab at the bottom of the screen. You'll see the full month grid with your earnings on every day that has tips. Days are color-coded — light green for a small day, bright green for a good day, deep forest green for your best shifts. Empty days are shown in muted gray.
💡 Navigate monthsTap the left and right arrows at the top of the calendar to move between months. Your full history is always available.

Day Detail Sheet
Tap any day on the calendar to open the Day Detail Sheet. It slides up from the bottom and shows every tip logged that day — with business logos, amounts, payment types, and notes. You can edit or delete any entry directly from this sheet. You'll also see the day's total, tip count, and average tip amount.
💡 Add entries from the calendarTap the + button inside the Day Detail Sheet to log a tip directly to that specific date — useful for catching up on entries you forgot to log.

Voice Tip Logging
The fastest way to log tips — just speak naturally and the AI handles everything. Available on Pro Advantage.

Activate Voice Mode
Tap the 🎙️ microphone toggle in the top-right corner of the Home screen to enable Voice Mode. A floating mic button appears at the bottom of the screen. Tap it and speak naturally — you don't need to use any special commands or formats.

Celebrity Voice Confirmation
After the AI parses your tip, it reads back a confirmation in your chosen celebrity impersonation voice. Go to Settings → Celebrity Impression Voice to pick your character: Snoop, Post, Saul, Woody, Billy Bob, or standard Male/Female. The confirmation is spoken in your device's language automatically.
💡 VIP detectionIf you mention a regular's name from your VIP list, the app automatically tags that visit to their profile. "John the whale tipped me $150" logs the tip AND records John's visit.

VIP Customer Tracker
Remember your best regulars by name. Track their tips, visit patterns, and get alerts when they're likely to come in.

Add a VIP Customer
Tap the VIP tab and then the + Add VIP button. Enter the customer's name, an optional nickname, their usual table or area, and any notes about their preferences. You can also add a photo from your camera roll. Once added, every tip you log that mentions their name is automatically tracked to their profile.
💡 Privacy firstVIP data is stored only on your device and your personal cloud account. It is never shared with anyone.

Your own permanent QR code that customers scan to tip you. Show it at your station, post it on your table, or text it to regulars.

Your Personal QR Code
After upgrading to Pro Advantage, your personal QR tip code is generated automatically and assigned to your account permanently. Tap the My QR tab to view it. You can share it via text, email, or AirDrop, or save it as an image to print and display at your station.
💡 Double-press side buttonDouble-press your phone's side button (volume up) from anywhere in the app to instantly pop up your QR code — no need to navigate to the QR tab.

Know your tax liability in real time and export a professional PDF report for your accountant in one tap.

Real-Time Tax Estimator
Go to the Finance tab to see your running federal and state tax estimate based on your logged income. Enter your filing status, state, and hourly wage to get a precise estimate. The app updates in real time as you log tips throughout the year so you're never surprised at tax time.

PDF Export for Your Accountant
Go to Settings → Export Report. Choose any date range — today, this week, this month, this year, or a custom range. Tap Generate PDF and the app creates a professional report with your daily breakdown, cash vs. card totals, tip-outs, average tip percentage, and tax summary. Email it directly to your accountant or save it to Files.

Already have tip receipts saved in your camera roll? My Tips Pro can read them automatically. Snap a photo or pick from your gallery and the AI extracts every tip in seconds.

Open the Scan Screen
From the Home screen tap the 📷 Scan Receipt button, or go to Log Tip → Scan Receipt / Screenshot. You can also reach it from the main menu. The screen lets you choose between your camera or your photo library.
